Les Sables by Kids En Cuisine

Ingredients                                                                                             Utensils

300g Flour                                                                                               A bowl

1 Egg                                                                                                           Cookie Cutters

100g Granulated Sugar

150g Soft Butter

1tsp Salt


Step-by-step method

Pre-heat the oven to 200C

Add all the ingredients to the bowl

Use your hands to make a dough

Roll out the dough as thinly as possible (5mm)

Use the cutters to make the biscuits

Put them in the oven for 10 minutes


Tip: To get scrumptiously baked yellow sables, brush them with beaten egg yolk before popping them into the oven.

And voila…20 minutes of baking time with the kids, beautiful memories shared.
