Healthy Halloween recipes by 15 Minute Mom

As the time draws near for the time when chocolates and sweets reign supreme and children turn into sugar covered, sugar ingesting, little monsters,  here’s how to keep it healthy and yet fun. Mums in the wood, asked Kripa Dewani, the true 15 minute mom, to send us some of her healthy Halloween recipes

15min Mom is a concept designed to help busy people, like Mums, minimise cooking time and maximise health, energy and nourishment. Kripa is a true 15min Mom that produces her meals in 15 minutes using basic ingredients found easily in any supermarket and kitchen gadgets that we all possess. Her kitchen runs on tricks and hacks that help save time and include recipes not only for the little ones but also for adults. Being a mum of 3, Kripa struggles with time to plan meals, shop for them and then cook – a problem many of us can relate to. Her Instagram page @15min_mom is filled with easy recipes and ideas for meals as well as step by step recipe videos to help people, like her, to cook from scratch in very little time. With an MSc in Organic Chemistry she also gives her followers some important food facts and label reading guides.
