Toasted bread with an egg, fried, sunny side up on the side. Salt and pepper to taste. I sometimes add some slices of cheese on the side with a few chopped pieces of cucumber or carrots though to be honest, he prefers this one, without the veggies. You can also cut the bread into soldiers to make things more interesting.
I find that if you add a little chopped up tomatoes and spring onions (chopped very small) and mix it in with a sprinkle of salt and pepper to the scrambled egg, it goes down really well. You can always introduce a little bit of smoked salmon or mackerel or haddock as well. Mine loves what we call “hidden treats” in food.
